Should you need to change or cancel and appointment 48 hours notice is required (72 hours over weekends).
We understand that life can get hectic and genuine circumstances arise and oversights are made.
Please understand that when a client books an appointment the client has booked the practitioners time, and whether the client attends the appointment or not, the time has been set aside for that client. Other work has been set aside, and other clients have been told that the practitioner is unavailable for that appointment time.
This is why many clinics, including ours sends an account if the client fails to attend an appointment. At the same time we do not wish to offend and appreciate that genuine oversights do occur, so we have initiated the following policy.
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment time without giving 48 hours notice, an account will be sent for the full appointment fee. Should there have been a genuine oversight or inability to contact us to alter the appointment, then the account will be waived if a new appointment time is scheduled to take place at the patients and practitioners earliest available convenience.
Payment, for all consultations & treatments, is due at the conclusion of the consultation. Payment for products is due at the time of purchase.
The clinic accepts cash, eftpos and major credit cards. No accounts are given.
